League client crashing when i try and open the hextech crafting menu

3/4 of the time when i go to open the hextech crafting menu, a windows message pops up that says, " Client has stopped working". Other times the client just disappears but the words, "loot and crafting inventory" are still on my screen but they cant be interacted with. I don't know if anyone else has this problem but I'm pretty tired of it and it needs to be fixed. I've repaired my client and hextech crafting still crashes my client. Riot please fix this problem.
