Vi's Q stops working

This has been happening for a couple years now. I just want to clarify that it happens in all arenas, and generally caused from certain CC's against Vi, while her Q is charged. Most commonly I see Ahri's charm on Vi ( while Vi's Q is charged ) disable Vi's Q for the rest of the game, the only work around is too relog as fast as you can.
