Twisted Fate Bugs

There's this bug that's been around since the Twisted Fate (E) QoL update. Whenever his (E) comes up he no longer chuckles and his stacked deck doesn't make the shuffle sound when its ready. I find this really annoying especially since I play him often.

Also it happened to me once but sometimes when his (E) would be ready I would use it, but then it would stay stacked around me the whole game despite it not being ready most of the time. No clue on how to reproduce that last one but just wanted to leave that out there as well.
