im not sure if this is a bug with the attack speed jungle item with blitz..or it was done on purpose

i played a game of jungle blitz........and i noticed that whenever i used my E to attack...my attack speed jungle item (which was fully stacked and transformed) didnt seem to do damage for the 2nd attack proc if the 2nd attack was with blits' E
