[GAMEPLAY], Lee sin w- quick self cast, instead quick casts on a minion or ward when hovered on

Dear Riot,

I have been experiencing this bug where, when playing lee sin, I quick **self-**cast my w, I instead quick-cast it on a minion when I hover over one with my mouse. This has led to the death of my lee sin many times over T_T, because of the little shield, I could have survived the fight and won.

So to summarize the bug- Lee sin: Ability- W Safeguard Bug- When quick self casting, whilst hovering over a minion, it instead quick casts on the minion, jumping to it, instead of shielding lee sin himself. Thx in advance for solving this bug
