Can not run the game after ban pick

Recently every game after ban pick I can not run the game. I should close the game and show me Program not responding. and I try to reconnect the game. sometimes it can reconnect but most of time it can not. I should restart the computer and try many times to reconnect the game. And I try to re-install the game but still the same situation. What can I do?
