Charged DOUBLE for Blood Moon Elise!!!!
Had 3009 RP, bought Blood Moon Elise skin, now I have 1059 RP.
What in the F*CK!? This is BS.
And yes I checked my purchase history, everything is as it should be. This is 100% a bug.

Relogged and it fixed the issue. However the client / store should be able to handle simple math without bugging out.....

This seems to be a visual bug - you shouldn't actually have been charged twice. To confirm this in the future, do as you mentioned:
- Simply try logging out and back in - often this updates your total
- Go to the store and pretend to make a purchase - when you get to the point where it calculates your current amount vs remaining after purchase, this should update your total
If you find you're still having issues after attempting these steps, please submit a ticket to Riot at http://support.leagueoflegends.com who can take a look.
