Shop Appears Blank 10/7/2017

i wanted to buy caitlyn to adc for my friend who just started but as of today whenever i open the store its randomly blank and the riot support page dosent help at all 1: because no one uses internet explorer and 2: because i did try it anyways and it didnt work any updated guides?? [sg-janna]
