Kha'Zix Q while mid jump

Don't know if anyone else has noticed or if this is intentional and if it is I would like to say it should definitely be fixed. But I just finished a game against a Kha'Zix who every single time he used his jump to get away he would Q while mid jump and kill us on his "escape" out of there.

If anyone else can confirm this for me it would be much appreciated... The previous game I just played against a Kha in ranked it was fairly obnoxious because not only could we not kill him but he could kill us during an escape.
