I cannot gift a mystery ward to my friend

Dear Riot,

Today I tried to send a mystery ward skin to my friends. But it seems that there's no option to send a mystery ward skin to my friends. Is anyone other than me having this problem? It's not in the ward skins, either. Thank you Riot if you solve this problem for me.

You do not have enough RP. Purchase RP and that should fix it.

no, it's self purchasing mystery wards I'm pretty sure. not 100% though.
