I think my account is bugged...

My account is from 2009 and match making keeps giving me REALLLLLLLY BAD teammates the longer I play, the only times the match look fair is when the system takes much longer to pair me up and there is an obvious ELO gap. I'm starting to think my account is bugged because of how old it is. Am I just crazy? I actually try every game I play, the system should give me a 50% win loss rate. At the moment I am up on my wins vs losses but I just finished out an almost 9 game loss streak that cost me 2 divisions. (Its hard as shit to rank up, Easy as hell to fall back)

Can I get my ELO reset please? As though I just created the account? or is that what happens when the new season stars?

Are you saying your account has been unplayed since 2009? If so, your account has been subject to LP decay, dropping you down to Bronze (though, now you don't incur decay in Gold and below). If your MMR is high and you're good, you should be able to rank back up pretty quickly, but you're going to have to carry your bronze teammates.

Unfortunately for you, the new season (starting this season) drops your MMR automatically for the soft reset, and the Placement matches are based on your MMR now and you can't get placed beyond your MMR range no matter how many of them you win. You can't get it reset.
