Riot Bug, Pls help

Hellow Riot, My name in league of legends is: TimTim222 and u can call me Dan. I had a bug. I'm in promos from bronze 1 to sillver v and i have: 1 lose, 1 Win, 1 Lose And 1 Win. The last win didnt count and i dont know why, The win that didnt count wasnt in remake so it should count it but it didnt. btw, one of the loses wasnt topical so he wasnt in the match history even if i scroll down.
