Installing issues.

has anyone else had trouble installing the game? like you get passed the patching process and you launch the game. Then you login and after that your next downloads start in client. my bar seems to want to lose some of that data it is receiving an i was curious if anyone else was having that same trouble? would like to be able to play league but it does seem to want to let me. please help.
