Bugs found since Rek's patch.

Persistent area skills, such as Cass' W and Morgana's W are not showing the circle indicating the effect range.

Smite failing to deal damage, you smite the monster, it goes on cd, the particles appear, but no damage.

Utility skills not hitting or not functioning at all on the same way as smite, the particles happen, the skills goes on cd, but nothing happens to the enemy, such as Azir's ult and Poppy's ult (even though she just ulted, she can still be damaged by others).

Those are the ones i can remeber right now, but i've also seen Karthus' Q having the same problem as Cho's, having a randomic and giant gap between pops, i saw them popping between 1s and less than half a second, it was ridiculous and it was hard even to farm with it.
