Opened World Legacy Orb into another World Legacy Orb, a double wrapped present for a skin.

I Opened a World Legacy Orb into another World Legacy Orb, into a skin i already owned. It's like opening a package that has a letter to find another package to only find that someone just stole your keys and shipped them back to you as some kinda joke. I guess the benefit is that i now have extra orange essence and I finally have my keys. (Correct me if i'm wrong, but shouldn't i have gotten a legacy skin shard on opening the first World Legacy Orb, or is it really not guaranteed with a chance of something else. )[sg-zephyr]
