Heimderdinger able kill dummies in Practice Tool [GAMEPLAY]

Heimerdinger Heimerdinger can kill the enemy dummies in the practice Tool. after a while of testing, I am pretty sure that it only works when heimerdinger has morellonomicon item 3165 as it was only with this item that I could bring them below 100 hp and then kill them. I don't know whether this bug affects other champions as I haven't tested it. It can be repoduced as i have left and made new custom games where the bug still happened.

yeah it's just grievous wounds affecting them

you can kill dummies with anyone as long as they have grevious wounds, this is a very very well known bug
