Yasuo fervor bug

I was testing some mechanics on Yasuo today and I noticed that when you use an enhanced Q on an enemy champion you get 2 stacks of fervor due to on hit attributes of Steel Tempest. However, if you hit a minion with Yasuo's enhanced Q before that same enhanced Q hits an enemy champion, you won't gain ANY stacks of fervor from the enhanced Q.

I wanted to think this was because fervor is only calculated on the first target for Yasuo's enhanced Q, though. Meaning if you're about to Empowered Q say for example, A fiddlesticks and a Jhin, and you hit the fiddlesticks first and the Jhin right after, you will only get 2 stacks of fervor instead of 4. Similarly, there is no stacks of fervor granted for landing auto's or abilities on minions anymore, but when you actually hit a champion afterwards, it no longer reads to grant fervor stacks because it already hit something.

This makes me unsure if hitting a minion denying you stacks of fervor is a bug or not, but I'm pretty sure one minion shouldn't deny you two stacks of fervor, especially since Yasuo's enhanced Q doesn't get weaker by the distance it travels, so why would hitting a minion mean anything? It's gotta be a bug.

This is intended. Q only applies on-hit effect to the first unit hit, and to stack fervor request an 'on-hit triggering' attack. Thus if the first target hit by Q (closest target) is a champion, then you get a stack of fevor, otherwise, you don't.
