[Gameplay] Leona Unintentional Nerf

Recently, riot "Fixed a bug where Leona’s E - Zenith Blade displayed no visuals to enemies if Leona cast it in Fog of War and flashed into vision during the cast time", and in the latest patch(6.17), this fix seems to have removed the ability for Leona to flash mid way through casting her E. I think this may be a be unintentional nerf as many Leona mains used this to make unsuspecting engages and removes a mechanic in Leona's kit that was rather important.
