This needs to be fixed, Riot Games

This has been happening for a while now, sometimes it doesnt but most times it does. after i chose my champion my screen goes black in an attempt to load. after a while of waiting i decide to hit esc. and it brings me to a screen that says reconnect. i hit reconnect. and the whole thing happens again. as soon as the match ends then the riot games leavebuster thing tell me that i must be punished. this isnt my PC or my internet and this problem is posted everywhere on the league of legends forums and yet riot games doesnt do anything... please fix, or at least give me a solution to the problem. i love league of legends but punishing me for a problem with your client is unfair :(
