Possible Bard bug

Yesterday I was playing some Bard, laning against a Zyra, and for some strange reason you could proc a stun using her seeds. Reproduction rate seems to be 100%, I've yet to fail a stun on a target using a Zyra seed. I don't believe I ever tried going for the stun by hitting the seed first and then the target, so it could only be doable if the seed is hit second, but I'd require testing further.
