[CLIENT] Spectator Games ARAM-only

For the last couple of patches I've noticed the spectator games that used to cycle through mostly high-level ranked play is now only cycling through ARAM games with an occasional Normal Blind game here and there. My assumption is it has something to do with the new draft champion select, but it's very disappointing not being able to spectate high-level play anymore.
