What is this? Ez displayed as flash? and post game bugs...

So this happened today not really sure what to make of it but I guess Ezreal on the mini map was the flash icon. No idea what was going on there but also I have not been able to load up my end game stats. Just sits there forever waiting for them and never connects to them. Sorry for bad pictures it was off my phone XD
