Janna bug with Q - Howling Gale

Basically I have noticed this for the longest of time that sometimes my Q indicator would randomly appear without me pressing Q and if I left click it the tornado will begin charging.

I did some test today with the training tool and as it turns out, if you press Q twice quickly the tornado won't release but the indicator will appear again until you cancel the indicator by clicking to move, left-click/press Q to release the tornado, or wait for it to release on its own. After the spell come off cooldown the indicator will appear again, and as I described above Q would activate if I left click, or cancel if I right click (and would take another right click for my character to move again)

I play with quick-cast with indicator on.

I would love it if you guys fix it to double tapping Q > immediately release the tornado even though it would be an indirect buff to Janna. If such is not possible, please retain old functionality and simply remove the indicator bug.
