afk buster is just lame

i was playing a normal draft game bcz am new to the game and am not a competitive kind of player .and after the champion select the game crashed i kept reconnecting and then i repaired my game which took alot 5 or less min .after that i got back to the game powerfarmed and won but after that i got a low priority que it sais its a punishment for bieng afk but i cant help it some bugs just happen and all u have to do is deal with it . after 3 days same thing happened this time repairing the game did no good i got another low priority que and sent a ticket . keep in mind i played a normal draft before without any problems . will the low ques stack ? and is there anyfix for this?
