Twisted Fate Gold Card bug

I main tf and is currently in plat, recently after new patch, gold card stun seem to have a slight delay, I've had people use their skills after being stunned.

While back then this was possible if casted quickly, it was nowhere near this prevalent.

I had a Rengar, who auto'd me at point blank stun too, which has never happened before, please look into this.
