Jhin vs Shyvana W - Deadly Flourish indicator

[Gameplay] Ice Drake Shyvana has permanent High Noon Jhin W indicator after being set off once.

I just noticed this in my last game, and I do not know if the same problem exists for other skin combinations, but I was playing Jhin with the high noon skin, and after Shyvana (with Ice Drake skin) set off a trap at one point in the game, the icon indicating Jhin's W - Deadly Flourish will root an enemy permanently remained on the Shyvana for the rest of the game. It did not actually root her if she was not affected by damage (or anything that can set off the effect), but it was a little deceiving as to whether maybe I missed her being damaged in some other way and could actually root her.

I am unsure if this happens every time, but something to look out for!
