alacrity only adding 18 movement speed?

i was using fiddle sticks with runic ekko and sorc boots base movement speed 427, after purchasing alacrity upgrade movement speed went to 445... go back to school and learn math please rito how does 427+22=445?

Hey Lebesgue1,

There are Movespeed soft caps which reduce your MS after certain points.

When the raw movement speed is greater than 415, there are two soft caps applied:

The raw speed between 415 and 490 gets multiplied by 80%.
The raw speed over 490 gets multiplied by 50%.
