GTX 660 SLI on LG 34UM95 Monitor - Major Flickering

I have been playing LOL on the same computer for over a year. I always had two GTX 660's in SLI and never experienced any issues. I have just purchased a LG 34UM95, which has a native resolution of 3440x1440. When I attempt to play LOL with this screen and my videos cards in SLI, I experience major flickering. It is so bad that it is not playable. Can you fix this bug or tell me how I can fix it on my end?

item 3151 So sad :'(

Before we start with the general checklist of things, a simple google search of the model number and 'flicker' seems to indicate this might be a common issue with that model of monitor and certain settings. You may wish to do more research down that line, but here are some other questions and things that are easy to check.

(In no particular order)

  1. Are all connections firmly and completely inserted into your computer and monitor?
  2. Is LOL the only game in which this issue occurs?
  3. Are your drivers up to date? Are you using release drivers or beta drivers?
  4. Try disabling SLI for LOL. Does the issue still occur with SLI disabled?
  5. Try running the game at a lower resolution. Does the issue still occur?
  6. Did you change anything else about the computer recently (including both hardware and software changes)?

I have this same issue on a R9 270 series video card. Only happens with League and is caused by some ingame thing. I play in window'd mode so what I get is a flash/tear(white triangle in center as the rest of the screen is black within one frame to be more exact) which is like the same thing as flickering.(only within the league window while the rest of my screen is completely fine)

Tried everything to fix this issue. At a dead end and only has happened since patch 4.20. Also I get the summoner spell replacing image files bug like 1 in 6 games since 4.20.
