Shadowfire kindred breaks loading screen and forces disconnects

I've encountered this problem twice in a row now and I'm positive it's a bug. It's costing me over 50lp and the possibility of a ban hammer coming my way for afk. I already submitted multiple bug reports on this and by the time I get any feedback, i'll most likely be banned or have lost tons of LP by then, so I headed over to the forums to see if anyone else has this problem.
