[CLIENT] Rune page displayed bug in champion select

Video is self explanatory, aside from the fact that most of the times the rune page shows up as "Inspiration: The timeless" (even if you don't have inspiration on main tree).

Not sure if it also happens on NA, but this bug already happened alot to me in EUW (including in ranked games) and it's kinda important to fix considering how easily it can ruin a game.
