[Gameplay] Invisible singed poison using self cast

Riot, do you realize if you self cast Singed's Q it makes an invisible puff of poison? I EVEN FOUND A GUIDE THAT EXPLAINS HOW TO DO IT WITH A QUICK SEARCH. Please do something about this apparently this has been a thing for a long time how has no one seen this yet? [zombie-brand-facepalm]
