[Gameplay] Fullmetall Rammus' joke, taunt and laugh broken (for a long time now)

Hi everyone, I discovered a bug long time ago on the Fullmetall Rammus Skin regarding his Taunt, Joke and Laugh. Back in Middle of Season 4 it used to make usual Rammus ok's n stuff, but shortly before preseason started, it broke and makes no sounds at all anymore.

How to reproduce: /t , /j and /l

I contacted player support 2 times already and got this answer to my question in german and this made me a little bit nuts: Me: "Seit bereits einer Season sind alle Taunts und Jokes sowie lachen von Fullmetall Rammus kaputt und machen keine Sounds. Ich bin sicher das ist nicht so gewollt."

That didnt help me alot. Why should I put it to the boards for Improvements to see other peoples responses for my "kreative idea" ?? Its a bug and has to be fixed! I know that no one hears his Taunts jokes n stuff, so be so pleasant and comment about your toughts.. Rito pls fix and help.
