TFT-Vlad not healing amount dealt by damage.

Today using vlad with 2 Locket of Salari he was not recieving healing equal to his damage. He would do about 450 damage and heal for 300. Then I got lvl 3 vlad and equiped death cap. Damage was 1100, and only healed for 500. Something is bugged. There were no healing debuffs on him.
