my character doesnt react

i click on the map and sometimes my character recognizes it

i am the first one to load in the loading screen and everything in the game keeps running smoothly. i don't get any frame drops and the game and npcs move normally

its just my movement patters i make for my character that sometimes dont get recognized so pretty much my mouse clicks

my ping is 60 and i am also using wtfast so this should definetly not be happening. I also have the time warner extreme and i am hooked up to the internet through a wire not wifi
