[GAMEPLAY] Amumu Death Animation; Stuck in Bandage Toss

This Amumu glitch is a visual bug that has him stuck in his bandage toss animation when he dies.

I think the only thing that I believe causes it is for him to die in very beginning of his bandage toss (before the animation really starts, as you can see in the video). The death animation doesn't begin, and the bandage toss animation continues on Amumu's corpse until he respawns. It's pretty silly looking! You can see the entire process in the video. It happened twice to me over the span of about three games.

To be honest, I don't mind this glitch, it actually gave me and my friends a good laugh. But seeing as though it looks like Amumu is viciously humping the ground, perhaps this is something Riot should still look into.
