[GAMEPLAY] Sion Ult Glitch ward spam (exploit)

I found this glitch during game when I was trying to throw down a ward while ulting as Sion the video link provides a description and how to recreate the glitch after further testing I've found it works most often while midway through the ults channel once sion has picked up speed.
