No Sounds to Start?

Whenever I do ARAM, my sounds are enabled but when the game starts, I have to re-enable sounds. In other words, when I start the game, I have to go into the sound settings, disable sound, and then re-enable sounds. This also doesn't work every time which is worse so about half my games are without the sounds.
