After the Anti-cheat update this morning, every single game I've been in has been super stuttery. I'm not crashing like other players, but I'll drop from 120 fps to 5 for like 2 seconds, then 30 seconds later it happens again.
I am also having the choppy issue. The game is pretty unbearable and has micro freezes randomly through out the game. Everything was fine yesterday for me and I woke up to having these sudden issues.
2 months later I have now been getting this problem. Exactly the way oliver wwaavvyy described it. Its hard to notice but you can feel it. Random small stutters that are most noticable when csing.
i have tried x3 to play league. after the first bug splat i updated drivers and installed pc updates and rebooted. same thing continues. 3rd time i load i am able to join aram but there is sound studdering as described and 0-2 fps. this is not normal at all.
Been getting this myself, here and there. It's usually small (just a momentary freeze for a fraction of a second), but it has actually gotten me killed at this point. XD
Graphics cards are up to date and it only started happening this morning after the patch, I'm afraid.
Just an update - a hotfix was rolled out to address stuttering.

Noticed this also. For me it is consistent that around the 1 minute mark it does it, then maybe again around 10 minutes.

Can you please make sure that your graphics drivers are up-to-date and then let me know if the issue persists? We've noticed that drivers that were created a few years ago may have performance issues.
same here, have reinstalled drivers, done a full repair on LoL, set the graphics settings to low, but keep getting regular drops to 9-10fps every few minutes. one night was fine, the next day started happening every single game.
Might not be relevant as i play on euw server, but im having these "micro laggs" atm, and it makes it extremely frustrating to lane as i get one every 1-2min
