Sion Passive able to use Summoner spells

While Sion is in his passive he is able to use Summoner Spells like flash. Flash only goes on a 4 sec cooldown when you die. First dying animation takes about 2.5 seconds. My Runes at the time were as follows: Grasp of the undying unflinching conditioning overgrowth Cheap Shot Ravenous Hunter
