[GAMEPLAY] Unable to use abilities when reconnected

Hey so in a game I just had I was playing Sona and I got disconnected and when I came back i could not use any of my abilities.

and yesterday I got disconnected when I was playing Rakan and league crashed and reverted my client to a previous patch and would update automatically, so I had to download league from the website and that seemed to do the trick (note: I did not uninstall league when i did this)

I have never had these problems before and my connecting says its fine I was wondering if I could get some help with these disconnects and bugs.
