ARAM Skin boost bug

Played a lot of ARAMS duo with someone else lately experienced this bug at least twice that I know of, the first time happened a little while ago (I think it was some time yesterday but I'm not sure): we both received no notification that someone had purchased a skin boost, but after the match it was in the chat and we got the ip, neither of us got to use a skin that game though. I thought maybe we just hadn't noticed until this last game.

Second: The game I JUST played, someone purchased a skin boost which I heard the sound come from the other computer, but I received no notification on my own computer/account. I looked over to verify that the person I was playing with had received a skin boost, then proceeded to check to see if I had access to any other skins on my ARAM champion (Syndra in this case) I didn't have access to any skins other than the one I normally had. After the match I was notified that a boost had been purchased, and I received bonus IP. The summoner who purchased the IP boost was "morbid ffyo". Hopefully someone will look into this, as I don't see myself purchasing any skin boosts if I can't be sure my team is getting what I paid for.
