[client] the patcher is too small? better to just look at the picture

I can't repair because i can't get to that side of the patcher at all. there is no way to resize it or scroll or anything. This is also annoying since I have a consistent visual bug in game that i could hopefully be repaired by that function of the patcher. any suggestions?
