Game not counted (No connection issues, nothing to suggest anything like this could happen)?

I just finished playing an awesome game in normal draft and we barely won (we had a fed , they had a fed ). I was playing (I think I went 6/5/26, or something right around there) and came out with an s- rating. A message popped up and said I had earned a mastery 6 token (or some similar wording).

After leaving the after-game chat, to look more in-depth into more specific stats, I went to my match history and it didn't show up. I do have the token, however the game doesn't appear to exist. Even after closing the game and re-opening it half an hour later. What happened? Is this a repairable bug (hence the bug report) or just something that happens and can't really be fixed? Or maybe I'm too impatient?

Additional info: Didn't receive a chest or key fragment either.
