[CHAMP SELECT] Pick timer counts down to zero on a player, gets stuck and kicks everyone out

I saw this bug reported a few weeks ago, and it's happened again. Champ select goes fine, then one player appears to count down all the way to zero without picking a champion, and it gets frozen that way. Before I got kicked out, it showed me that the player had actually picked a champion, (like the server was catching up) but I was kicked out of champ select and given a dodge timer.
