riot is punishing me constantly over this bug.

ok! so today ive been playing.. well in champ select my CLIENT screen dims and i CANNOT click anything.. so it leaves me in situations where i lock in corki and cant change my runes or masterys.. now im not going to go into game with full armor runes on corki... which will probably cause me to get reported.. so i am FORCED to close out and i keep losing lp.. and now im pretty close to getting demoted from plat because of this bug.. and i also have wasted 2 hours of my life waiting on the penalties i keep receiving from being forced to "dodge or troll" with wrong masterys.. riot please fix this its kinda dumb that this constantly keeps happening to me on my only day off. and dynamic que's are bad keep it regular thanks.
