Won't let me join game or create lobbies after afking

If I afk in the main menu thingy, randomly the play button will black out.

Then my invites will always say "Please Wait"

I can still shop in the store, so its not a connection problem.

It works if I restart, but anytime I afk for more than a minute it will do this bug.
