Windows 10 no access to store

Windows 10 update of win8.1 pro x64, UI glitch where I am unable to use the game shop. It instead toggles the advanced character info popout tab. Persists through changing keybinds, resetting to default, different characters, etc.. Another thought besides LoL issues: any chance Razer Synapse would cause this in any way?

Seems to play perfectly well otherwise!

Updating with R3D, DXdiag files. Cannot get the Process List to work.
