So I'm in a lobby i am about to start a game and it wont connect. Says check your net and try again. Nets fine nothing else isn't working everything is fine on my end but the stupid thing is bugged so i restart and it starts connecting FINALLY. but the game ended in early surrender and now I'm ineligible for loot not because i did something wrong not because i left a game but because riot is fucking lazy and wont fix their shit. I'm gonna look through your eula if there is nothing there that says experiences may suffer due to our lazy incompetence I'm gonna see if i can sue them if this isn't fixed within the next i dunno 30 minutes. I don't tolerate incompetent trash making money of broken products. I have spent money on this game. I expect FULL enjoyment from it.

Its a free to play game. U will get what u are given. Nothing more. Nothing less. Also Leaver Buster doesnt lock u out from rewards. Only behavioral punishments .

And yes, if u wish to play here you will tolerate everything. Stop acting like triggered "entitled" jerks in McDonalds when there is not enough cheese on their burger. There are no minimum wage staff here who will do your every whim just because they are afraid of getting in trouble.

Lazy would imply there's a known situation in which the client doesn't work and they're not fixing it. It might be a bit hard to prove that, especially considering the number of hardware and software configurations it does work on consistently.

Well, reading the Terms of Service you'll see that you go to Arbitration instead of going before a judge or jury. You'd also have to have evidence that 1. Riot was being lazy, 2. Riot was being incompetent, 3. that they didn't have a patch in place in their checked in code within 30 minutes of your ultimatum.
