Healing bug

After fight with Teemo i killed him and start pushing but my champion ( Kled ) didint heal back. I even had Warmong on.

That's... not a bug, you don't recover the other part of HP unless you have Skaarl which you need courage you get the rest of the HP back and mount him back up. Kled's HP is split between him and Skaarl, if he's dismounted he only has like that 25% HP.
