When somebody leaves champion select...

Whenever champion select fails for any reason, the client will say that "A player failed to select a champion". Even if all champions have been already locked in. I'm just asking for a. make the notification more generic ---OR--- b. have multiple notifications for different occurrences (ex: somebody dc'ed, server crash, somebody actually not selecting a champ...) Its not a major issue, I know, but that doesn't change the fact that the client is often feeding me misleading information. Tested on OS X yosemite, Windows 10, Windows 8.1
